These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bigleagueaccessories.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Big League Accessories ("Big League Accessories," "we," "us," or "our"). We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that every detail is current or error-free. If we discover an error in pricing or availability after you place an order, we will contact you with options before processing — typically: continue at the corrected price, cancel for a full refund, or substitute a comparable product.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

Orders and acceptance

Your placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or restrictions on shipping to your location.

When we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email. The contract between you and Big League Accessories is formed when we ship the order.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Google Pay, and gift cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to be charged for your purchase.

We use PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, transit times, and costs are described on our Shipping Information page and at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting visible damage to the carrier and to us per the procedures in our Return Policy.

Returns and refunds

Our Return Policy describes the conditions, time limits, and process for returns and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Product warranties

Products sold on the Site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Big League Accessories is an authorized retailer for the brands we carry. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer — please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with your product or contact us for warranty information.

BIG LEAGUE ACCESSORIES MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG LEAGUE ACCESSORIES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; (b) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (c) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Big League Accessories from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products purchased through it.

Intellectual property

The Site, including all content, design, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, is owned by Big League Accessories or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product images, brand names, and trademarks of third-party manufacturers featured on the Site are the property of their respective owners and used here only to identify the products we sell.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks connected to it

Severability

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Information page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big League Accessories regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
